How many passengers fit on one of your motorcoach buses?
They fit up to 56 people.
What are you doing to stay safe from COVID-19?
We are taking all necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our passengers. We fog all of our buses with specialized ULV foggers before and after every trip. These non-toxic foggers are safe for humans and animals, but have been proven to eradicate bacteria and viruses on our surfaces. We are also limiting capacity and asking that all passengers wear masks for the duration of their trip.
Is Alcohol and smoking allowed on the bus?
Alcohol is allowed on motorcoaches. Not on school buses. No Kegs. Smoking is not allowed on any of our transportation.
Are Combustible/Flammables allowed?
No.
What are the payment terms?
A 10% deposit or $100 (whichever is greater) is due one week from the time of booking and full payment is due three weeks prior to the departure date.
What destinations do you serve?
Our motorcoach fleet travels anywhere inside the US and Canada.
Our school buses are typically designed for local travel, however we’ve used them for long distances in some scenarios.
What is the policy on stops for long distance trips?
Typically our team estimates stopping once every two hours unless an alternative time is agreed upon with the driver and the group.
Is food and open containers allowed?
Yes.
How far in advance should I book my motorcoach?
For spring travel we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. For most other times we can accommodate a new booking within 2 weeks of your departure.
Can I recover an item left on one of your buses? How long do you keep lost items?
Yes, please contact us and we will locate your lost item. We keep lost items for 6 months and then donate them.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes, our equipment is based on booking for a minimum of 5 hours.
Can I see the bus before my trip?
Yes, we are happy to schedule a time for you to see the equipment prior to booking or before your trip.
What happens if I have to cancel my trip?
Can I purchase a seat on your bus?
At this time, we do not produce individual passengers.
